What is Touch about? Touch is 6-14 players in a team. Touch is also a sport that is played all over the world. People play touch rugby to keep fit and are dedicated to play during the day.
Once the opposite team starts off you must be 10 metre back before they start. In Touch Rugby you do not tackle the opposite team you have to touch them. When you have touch the other team call out “TOUCH” so that the ref can make it as a touch.
When you call the touch to the opposite team you go back 5 metres to wait for the ball to plant on the ground. Most touch players know that you past backwards not forward in will be a hand over to the opposite team. You only get 6 touches to get to your teams try line or not hand over to the other team.
Touch is a sport that are played by people of any age.
